Alumni Leadership Conference

- recruiting young alumni players;

Annual
Report Form
The Annual Report Form provides the Alumni Association with an overall snapshot of your organization and the activities that have occurred during the past fiscal year (July 1–June 30). All affiliate groups are required to complete an Annual Report to maintain active status–due Sept. 1 each year.
Football Ticket Lottery
An apportunity for affiliate groups to purchase tickets for select football games through a lottery system that is held each year during the month of May.

These maps show Penn State alumni living around the world, in the United States,
and by counties in Pennsylvania.

Downloads
These illustrations are available for use on your Web site, in your newsletters,
and in other printed materials.
Logo and University Guidelines (PDF format)
These guidelines illustrate the proper use of University and Alumni Association logos,
symbols, and marks.

Compliance
This brochure is intended to provide you with basic information
concerning NCAA rules that apply to a "Representative of the University's
Athletics Interests."
Outreach
Grant
Obtain funding to subsidize the cost associated with hosting an event or securing a speaker. Outreach grants are available once per fiscal year per group.

some guidelines to enhance your chances of having your groups photo
published in The Penn Stater.
RealLife Program (PDF format)
The Real Life Program rewards groups for their efforts in recruiting new life members to the Alumni Association.
RealLife Program Membership Codes (Excel format) Use these codes to ensure that your group receives credit for newly recruited life members of the Penn State Alumni Association.
Student Sendoff Information
Alumni groups offer valuable support to current and incoming Penn State students through Student Sendoffs, which offer networking and social interaction opportunities for students prior to the beginning of the fall semester. Click here to request your student sendoff kit.

Project Grant Guidelines
Each group may apply for funds at any time of the year and may apply more than once per year, keeping in mind that funds are competitive and are intended exclusively for new and innovative projects.
Volunteer Awards and Recognition Program and Awards
The Penn State Alumni Associatoin Recognition Program acknowledges outstanding individuals and groups who have distinguished themselves through volunteer service and programming for alumni and alumni groups.

The Alumni Association encourages affiliate groups to establish a presence on
the Web and provides the following guidelines to help you meet the communication
goals and mission of the Penn State Alumni Association.

regarding the above guidelines, or the creation of products that feature
the Penn State name, marks, or images may be forwarded to the Penn State

Expectations
The Penn State Alumni Association has the largest affiliate group
network in the world. In an effort to better serve our volunteers and
as demands on resources increase, we have implemented a
plan to communicate expectations for our affiliate groups. Alumni Interest
Group and Chapter leaders can learn about this new plan in this
letter.
Speaker
Program
After a thorough review, the speaker program has been
changed to give our groups greater flexibility and the ability to secure
their own speakers. To learn more about this new program, download the letter that was sent to chapter and AIG presidents.
