Need a new job?
Nittany Lion Alumni Recruiting is a password-protected job board that allows you to post résumés and search for job openings. On-campus recruiting, career networking events, resume critiques, individual appointments and workshops including Alumni JOBSearch and Alumni CareerShape are all resources available to help you find a new job.

Need career direction? Take the time to take stock of your career, assess your current situation, and develop a plan. Schedule a confidential appointment with a career specialist, take a career assessment, or participate in a career planning workshop such as Alumni CareerShape. Alumni Career Services can help you explore new possibilities and develop the tools you need to make the career changes you want.

Need career connections? Networking is an important part of any job search or career change process. LionLink is a 24/7 resource to assist you in reaching out to other alumni, gathering career-related information, and making new connections. Career specialists are available through individual appointments and workshops to help you acquire the skills and attitude you need for effective networking.

Although Alumni Career Services is located on the University Park campus, services are available to all alumni regardless of location. Events are often held in different geographic locations as well as online. Individual appointments and workshops are conducted by phone and in person.
